The Board of Directors of GBGAQRS is pleased to announce that the Company is proposing a final single tier dividend of 1.56 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012, subject to the shareholders’ approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.

The dividend entitlement and payment date will be announced later.
